    Weatherization Crew Lead will provide the groundwork for weatherization workers interested in understanding and advancing their careers. Topics covered in this course include:

    • Role of the Crew Leader

    Safe Work Practices

    Maintaining Quality Control

    Advanced Blower Door Diagnostics

    Combustion Safety Instruction

    This training session is held in the classroom with additional technical training in the lab space.

    Students will be required to pass a final exam on the last day of training to receive a certificate.
